Our holiday home is arranged over three separate floors and boasts spacious living and sleeping accommodation with several rooms benefiting from harbour glimpses.

BEDROOMS:	#1 Ground Floor: 1 x 4'6
	#2 Second Floor: 1 x 5' with harbour glimpses and flat screen TV with Freeview
	#3 Second Floor : 2 x 3'

LIVING:	First Floor: Spacious lounge/diner with sea glimpses and patio doors to private, south facing balcony with table and chairs. Flat screen TV with Freeview - free wifi (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Modern, fitted kitchen with freestanding double gas oven/electric hob, fridge and dishwasher.

BATHROOMS:	Second Floor: Modern fitted family bathroom with bath, shower facility and toilet
	Ground Floor: Modern fitted wet room with toilet.

UTILITY ROOM:	Ground Floor: Washing machine - tumble drier

OUTSIDE:	Private rear courtyard garden with space for kayaks and an outside tap for cleaning wetsuits. Driveway allowing off road parking for one car (we are sorry the garage is not available for use). Nearby road parking available.
